01What CALLED IT is
CALLED IT ("we", "us") is a website that helps people launch tokens on Pump.fun and lock a split of the coin's creator fees with other people: callers, thesis writers, community wallets and the creator. The split uses Pump.fun's own on-chain fee-sharing program. We also host theses, calls, profiles and call links that measure the attention each person brings.
CALLED IT is an independent interface. We are not Pump.fun, Axiom or any exchange, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. We do not operate the Solana blockchain or the Pump.fun programs, and we can't control how they behave.
02Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live. You can't use CALLED IT if you are in a sanctioned country or region, are on a sanctions list, or are acting for someone who is. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
03Non-custodial, always
- We never hold your funds, your private keys or your seed phrase. We will never ask for them.
- Signing in is a free message signature, not a transaction.
- Every transaction is built for you and shown in your own wallet before you sign it. Once a signed transaction is sent to the network, nobody can reverse it: not you, not us, not Pump.fun.
- Creator fees are paid by Pump.fun's program straight to each recipient wallet. They never pass through CALLED IT.
- You are responsible for your wallet, its security, and reading what you sign.
04Reward splits are permanent
- A split has up to 10 recipients and always adds up to 100% of the coin's creator fees.
- Check every recipient, wallet address, X handle and percentage before you sign. If you put in the wrong address or the wrong share, it stays that way. We can't fix or refund it.
- X recipients are invites. The owner of that X account has to prove it on CALLED IT (X login plus a wallet) to be paid. Unclaimed invites can't go on-chain.
- In lock-later mode the creator receives 100% of creator fees until the split is locked. After 7 days, invites that were never verified are dropped and their share is spread proportionally over the other recipients. It never goes to the platform fee.
- Payouts happen when anyone presses "Distribute" on a token page. The person who presses it pays a small network fee. Being in a split does not guarantee you any amount: it depends on trading volume, which can be zero.
05Launching coins
- You are fully responsible for the coins you create, their names, tickers, images and descriptions, and anything you say about them.
- You must own or have permission to use what you upload. Don't use other people's copyrighted work, trademarks, names or likeness without permission.
- Coin images and metadata are uploaded to IPFS and the coin is created on Solana. Those are public and permanent. Hiding a coin on CALLED IT does not remove anything from IPFS or the blockchain.
- Don't present a coin as an investment, promise returns, or claim a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist.
- We may pause new launches at any time, for example during an incident.
06Theses, calls and profiles
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share it on CALLED IT and in previews of CALLED IT pages (for example link cards on X). You can delete your theses; we may keep backups for a limited time.
If you are in a coin's split, every thesis and call you post on that coin shows an automatic "in the split" badge with your share. You can't turn this off. Read the Promotion & disclosure policy for your obligations when you promote coins.
07Prohibited content and conduct
Don't use CALLED IT to post, launch or do any of the following:
- Anything illegal, including fraud, scams, sanctions evasion, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeting private individuals.
- Impersonating a person, project or company, or implying an endorsement you don't have.
- Phishing, malware, wallet drainers, or links that ask for seed phrases.
- Wash trading, fake volume, fake engagement, bot traffic, or any form of market manipulation, including coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
- Hidden paid promotion: promoting a coin you are paid by or in the split for without disclosing it.
- Interfering with the site: scraping at abusive rates, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypassing rate limits and fraud checks.
08Call links and attribution
Call links count clicks, unique visitors, wallet connects, trade clicks and verified on-chain buys. These numbers are information only. They never change who gets paid or how much. Traffic our checks flag as suspicious is excluded from public counts and shown separately. We may disable links that look manipulated.
09Fees
You pay Solana network fees, Pump.fun's own fees and any amount you choose to buy, all shown in your wallet before you sign. CALLED IT may include an optional platform fee as one visible line in new splits. If it is on, it is capped at 5%, shown to creators before they sign, and visible on every token page and on-chain. It never changes splits that are already locked.
10Memecoin risk, no advice
Memecoins are extremely risky and most lose most or all of their value. Nothing on CALLED IT, including theses, calls, stats and market data, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy anything. Market data comes from third parties and may be late or wrong. Read the Risk disclosure.
11Moderation and enforcement
We may hide coins, remove images, hide theses and calls, disable call links, and block wallets from CALLED IT at our discretion, including to comply with the law. These actions only affect what CALLED IT shows. They can't change anything on-chain, including a locked split or anyone's share of it.
12Warranties and liability
CALLED IT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will be available, error-free or accurate, or that any transaction will succeed.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CALLED IT and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from: trading, price movements, transactions you signed, mistakes in splits you created, Pump.fun or Solana behavior, wallet software, network congestion, or third-party data. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid CALLED IT in the past 12 months or USD 100. You agree to cover our losses if you break these terms or the law.
13Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use CALLED IT means you accept it. For questions, reach us on X at @calleditfun.
